How to Create or Update Company Rules and Generate a Template

  1. Go to the HRMS system and click on Settings.
  2. Navigate to Disciplinary Action Template
  3. You can either add a new template or edit/delete an existing one.
  4. To create a new template: Click this button
  5. Select the Disciplinary Category
  6. Enter a Disciplinary Action Subject
  7. Add Remarks and their Equivalent Score
  8. This is the points or consequences for the action
  9. Write the Company Rules the specific rules or policies the employee is being evaluated against.
  10. Customize the Content Template as needed.
  11. Once you have filled out all necessary fields, click Save.

Now, you have successfully created or updated company rules and their template! You can use this template to evaluate employees, even if you do not have HR experience.

  1. First, go to HRMS and click on "Employee List."
  2. Next, click "New Staff Member."
  3. Click the image icon to upload the employee's picture.
  4. Fill in the required information.
  5. You can also assign a password for each employee to grant them access to the ERP system.
  6. Then, go to "Related Information."
  7. Once everything is filled out, click the "Save" button.

That’s it! The employee's details are securely stored, and they gain access to their profile and relevant ERP modules. The process is quick and ensures organized, accessible employee data.
